Solutions
Workplace harassment and violence have real life and long lasting harmful effects on those involved. They can range from psychological, emotional, and physical, and can affect a person’s ability to earn a living and participate meaningfully in society. From a productivity point of view, workplace harassment and violence can lead to decreased productivity, low morale, increased turnover, and absenteeism. Workplace investigations are, therefore, necessary tools to resolve and prevent harassment and violence that sends a message across organizations that employers are committed to providing a healthy, harassment-free workplace.
Certified in the Optimal Resolution™ Method, Ola effectively and respectfully identifies, manages, investigates, and resolves workplace harassment complaints internally across all Canadian jurisdictions. She has a deep understanding of trauma, conflict, and adversity. She is also trained in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) and is experienced in applying the Canadian Human Rights Act.
Facts breed trust, and trust is critical to workplace culture and effectiveness. Ola cuts through the static and to get to know what really happened with impartiality, transparency, respect, and fairness.
